The 700CK track drive consists of a multi-stage epicyclic reduction gearbox and an integrated axial piston hydraulic motor. This layout minimizes spatial requirements while maximizing output torque. Each gear is manufactured using high-grade alloy steel (20CrMnTi), heat-treated through gas carburizing and quenching to establish a case hardness of HRC 58-62. This hard shell, combined with a tough core, prevents tooth deformation under shock loads.
