The Motor products include but are not limited to travel motors, swing motors and wheel-motors. Our motors have an advanced design structure and provide high volume efficiency, high strength and good stability which far superior than our competitors’ motors. This resulted in the demand and production of over 40,000 Weitai travel motors in 2019. Weitai travel motors are now even included in the production line for excavator manufacturers such as SANY, XCMG and SDLG.
Our facility utilizes 5-axis synchronous machining centers to ensure the internal tolerances of piston bores and valve plates are within 0.002mm. This level of precision is what differentiates a high-lifespan motor from a standard aftermarket part.
Every "Moto" undergoes a computerized dynamometer test. We record over 20 parameters, including volumetric efficiency and startup pressure, creating a digital twin for every unit shipped.
We use high-grade 40CrNiMo steel for shafts and FCD600 ductile iron for housings, ensuring that our final drives can withstand the shock loads typical in skid steer loader applications.
